Accessibility at TK Maxx presents Live at Powderham
Our ground level viewing area has now reached capacity for Thursday 25th June, Saturday 27th June.
Our accessible platform and viewing area have now reached capacity for Sunday 28th June.

We want TK Maxx Presents Live at Powderham Castle to be an event accessible to all.
Tickets (General Admission or VIP) should be purchased via Ticketmaster — there is no longer a separate accessible ticket type.
To access our accessible facilities, you’ll need to hold a valid Nimbus Access Card or a TK Maxx Presents Live at Powderham Castle Digital Access Pass and complete the Accessible Facilities Form.

Essential Companion
An essential companion ticket is provided to those customers who would be unable to attend without the help and support of another person.
Requirements:
- If your Nimbus Access Card or TK Maxx Presents Live at Powderham Castle Digital Access Pass indicates the essential companion requirement, we will automatically provide you with an essential companion ticket free of charge.
- Your essential companion must be aged 18 or over.
- Your essential companion must be willing and able to perform all your requirements and must provide assistance to you during the unlikely event of an evacuation or other emergency.
- If you need different people to assume the role of your essential companion throughout the festival, please indicate this on TK Maxx Presents Live at Powderham Castle Accessible Facilities Application form in the Additional Information section.
