Taxis & Pick Up / Drop Off
For TK Maxx presents Live at Powderham, there will be NO ACCESS near the event site for pick-up or drop-off by taxis or private vehicles. Instead, two dedicated Pick Up & Drop Off (PUDO) locations will be in operation:
Exeter Racecourse – for those travelling from the south (e.g. Newton Abbot, Torquay, Paignton, Teignmouth)
Winslade Manor – for those travelling from the north (e.g. Exeter, Tiverton, Barnstaple)
Anyone using these locations must purchase a £10 per person PUDO & Bus Return ticket. Shuttle buses will run regularly between both PUDO sites and the event throughout the evening.
Apple Taxis is the official taxi partner of Live at Powderham and will operate at both locations.
Taxis to the event can be pre-booked via the Apple Taxis app using the codes POWDERHAM NORTH or POWDERHAM SOUTH.
Return taxis after the event can be booked in person at either Winslade Manor or Exeter Racecourse and will be allocated in the order passengers arrive from the shuttle buses.
Please note that due to road closures and strict clearway enforcement, taxis and private vehicles will be unable to pick up or drop off anywhere near the event site. Traffic Management teams, enforcement officers and tow vehicles will be actively patrolling the A379 and surrounding areas to ensure that no vehicles stop or wait in restricted zones, and illegally parked vehicles may be ticketed or towed.
